Stay on top of your business finances with our new reporting tools

Keeping track of data for your business isn’t always the easiest feat. It can seem cumbersome and time-consuming. We want to help ease that burden by making sure you can find all the numbers and data related to your SumUp profile in one place.

The all-new Reports section of the SumUp Dashboard lets you do just that. You can easily filter reports based on a specific period of time and download them.

It’s a flexible space where you can add or remove reports based on your needs. You can also adjust their position on the page depending on how much of a priority they are for you.

What can I do with Reports?

Simply click ‘Reports’ in the lefthand sidebar of the Dashboard, and you’ll see an overview of reports for Sales and Revenue, Payout and Fees, and Transactions.

To download a report, just click on the corresponding button beneath the overview and select the parameters you want to apply.

Now, let’s go through what you can find out in each section.

Sales Report

Keep track of all your sales activity – including cash and card payments.

Revenue Report

View all the goods or services you’ve sold. If you need to provide a revenue report to a financial authority, you can simply download the report as a PDF.

Payout Report

Your payout report will include all transactions that were paid out during the selected time period, from both main and employee profiles.

Fee Invoices

This includes all the fees you paid to SumUp during the selected month from both main and employee profiles. A little heads up – it can take a few minutes for this report to be generated.

Transaction Report

In this brand new section, you can see an overview of your transactions – including card payments, cash payments and refunds.

We’ve introduced a visualisation that lets you compare things like yearly, monthly and weekly transactions, as well as being able to check the number of returns and chargebacks in a certain period.

It’s also easy to check transaction details such as:

  • payment method

  • transaction status

  • customer card details

  • transaction description (if one was added)

What else is new?

As we continue to refresh the Dashboard to bring you an even better experience, we’ve introduced some new features to the homepage.

Now, as soon as you log in you’ll see a simple, helpful summary of your business performance. You’ll also find handy quick links at the bottom of the page, giving you easier access to customer support and the most-used areas of the Dashboard.
